This and the location (1 km from the airport and 3-5 minutes from the beach was just what was neeeded considering the incredibly low price - 25 EUR/night). Would definitely recommend this apartment hotel to ohters!

Thanks a lot for PLEASANT stay, having setting near the sea. People who work there are best and good. The location is magnificent and super - really close to the center of the district, the bus stop and Burgas, Nessebar, Sunny Beach.

I chose this hotel for attending a congregation, as it provided 10 air-conditioned accommodations with irons/ironing boards. The facilities were well-maintained and the use of the air conditioning and iron made my stay comfortable and convenient.

The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. The Wi-Fi in the hotel was quite slow and unstable, which made it difficult for me to complete my work efficiently.

It had a marvellous and absolutely perfect location very very close to the bus stop to Bourgas. I enjoyed the owner. Everything about this stay was fantastic, thanks...

Great place for travelling to Burgas and sightseeing. Nice welcome from owner. Rooms with a balcony. Particularly good and excellent location for Burgas, to the new marina. Plus adjacent to shops, bars, restaurants as well as the City center.

As a family with young children, we were delighted by the close proximity to the beach. It was just a short walk away, making it convenient for us to spend quality time together building sandcastles and playing in the waves. The kids absolutely loved it and couldn't get enough of their beach adventures.

My wife says that it would have been great if there had been a small playground or some outdoor activities for the children.

Excellent host, spacious room with patio, central location. Secure building with local grocery downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry amenities. Efficient AC repair and perfect English communication. Would definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunny Sands Studios in Sarafovo. I was here for a week and everything was cozy, convenient, and extremely friendly. The host, Antoaneta, was very helpful and friendly. The studio on the fifth floor was spacious and well-equipped, with a large balcony surrounded by greenery. The central location made it easy to access everything, from groceries to restaurants to the beautiful beach. The bus stop to Burgas and other destinations was also nearby. Sarafovo itself is a small and clean town, perfect for a quiet stay.

Would recommend this hotel.

The studio was well-equipped with everything we needed for our romantic escape. the balcony was a lovely spot for sipping wine and enjoying the view. the location was great, with easy access to the nearby market, bank, and bus stop. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away and had a nice atmosphere.

The noise from the airport, which could be a bit irritating at times. the other negative aspect was that the studio could have used some additional bedside lamps for better lighting.

I recently stayed at Sunny Sands Studios in Sarafovo for a week-long beach vacation. The owner's daughter, who speaks excellent English, was so helpful during the pre-trip chat. The location is incredibly close to the airport, and the big shower cabin with a strong water flow was a pleasant surprise. I loved having a coffee machine and a small shop near the hotel entrance. Best of all, the beach was less than a 10-minute walk away with comfortable sunbeds. a fantastic experience!

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
